About the role
- Collaborate with our communications professionals to develop visual assets such as fact sheets, infographics, and presentations that support strategic messaging across high-profile corporate events.
- Design branding systems, websites, and other digital, print, and social materials with a focus on clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Translate complex business concepts into visually compelling narratives that align with client goals and brand standards.
- Work closely with other designers and team leads to ensure alignment and quality across projects.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement comprehensive rebranding initiatives, delivering cohesive visual systems and assets that support strategic messaging.
- Support internal marketing and business development projects including new business presentations, invitations and advertisements.
Requirements
- BA, BFA, MFA in Graphic Design or a related field. We also welcome individuals from non-traditional educational backgrounds.
- Minimum of 1-2 years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
- Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe CS and PowerPoint or other presentation tools.
- Experience creating motion graphics for web/social media.
- Web development experience a plus.
- Solid visual foundation with understanding of design principles, grid structures, typography and clean aesthetics.
- Ability to generate original designs without templates.
- Have an organized approach to projects with sharp attention to detail. Ability to multi-task.
- Ensure branding standards are followed internally and externally.
- Meet deadlines efficiently and work under pressure.
- Quick learner who is detail-oriented, dependable and able to work both independently and alongside team.
- Keep current on industry trends and technologies, including AI, and seek opportunities to expand knowledge and/or suggest new ideas.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from feedback and contribute to team discussions.
- Interest in business, finance, or corporate communications is a plus—but not required.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative development, bringing fresh ideas and thoughtful design solutions to the table.

- This is an on-site position based out of our San Francisco Office.
