About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and implement relevant EU environmental regulations, including RoHS, REACH, POP, PPWR, EUDR, CSRD, Ecodesign, PFAS, the Green Claims Directive, and the Battery Regulation.
- Ensure compliance with ESG-related regulations, environmental standards, and customer requirements.
- Drive and support ESG initiatives across business units.
- Lead the collection, validation, and consolidation of ESG data from internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external ESG reporting, including CSRD-related disclosures.
- Establish and continuously improve ESG data management and reporting processes.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Base Management and suppliers to support environmental compliance throughout the supply chain.
- Plan and conduct internal ISO 14001 audits and participate in customer audits.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of corrective actions resulting from audits.
- Support continuous improvement of the integrated management system and ensure environmental considerations are embedded in new product development.
- Advise stakeholders on ESG requirements, best practices, and regulatory developments.
- Represent the company in Teradyne’s global ESG steering team and contribute to aligning ESG best practices and strategy across the enterprise.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A relevant educational background, preferably at Bachelor's degree level or higher.
- Experience from a similar ESG, sustainability, compliance, environmental, or QHSE role.
- Hands-on experience with ESG frameworks, data collection, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills and a structured, data-driven approach.
- Solid understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience from a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Experience working with suppliers and supply chain compliance is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification, or willingness to obtain it.
