About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the management of the Taiwan Parts Service and Logistics Operations
Liaise with 3rd party logistics (3PL) vendors for warehousing, local distribution, international freight movement of parts to customers
Responsible for tracking shipments/orders ensuring they met defined KPIs, if not to reflect accurate root causes
Act as key interface for both internal and external customer providing day-to-day logistics support
Answering to both internal and external customer's inquiries and complaints
Manage regional freight vendors including, rate negotiation and shipment issues resolution
Liaise with customers on customers’ logistics requirements, issues and escalation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business, Logistics or related field
>5 years of order or logistics management experience
Oracle system, Reflection for UNIX experience is a distinct plus
Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadline
Strong problem solving skills on unexpected occurrences
