About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the management of the Taiwan Parts Service and Logistics Operations
- Liaise with 3rd party logistics (3PL) vendors for warehousing, local distribution, international freight movement of parts to customers
- Responsible for tracking shipments/orders ensuring they met defined KPIs, if not to reflect accurate root causes
- Act as key interface for both internal and external customer providing day-to-day logistics support
- Answering to both internal and external customer's inquiries and complaints
- Manage regional freight vendors including, rate negotiation and shipment issues resolution
- Liaise with customers on customers’ logistics requirements, issues and escalation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business, Logistics or related field
- >5 years of order or logistics management experience
- Oracle system, Reflection for UNIX experience is a distinct plus
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure in order to achieve deadline
- Strong problem solving skills on unexpected occurrences
