Key responsibilities & impact

Actively participate with Prosecutors and Legal Affairs staff in all phases of the regulatory and/or disciplinary process
Research administrative and case law
Draft legal memoranda
Review proposed legislation and administrative rules
Draft complaints
Draft and respond to motions
Make appearances before administrative law judges at status and formal hearings
Attend settlements negotiations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently attending law school, not a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois
Completion of at least one year of law school on or before 8/30/2026
