About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as the Deputy Chief Technology Officer- Enterprise Hosting, for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT).
Leads and manages the development and implementation of new technology products and services.
Serves as official agency spokesperson on behalf of the Chief Technology Officer to internal and external entities regarding infrastructure and network issues.
Directs the enterprise hosting budget preparation, procurement, and controls appropriation of technology expenditures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in management information systems, information technology, computer science, or a directly related Information Technology field.
Requires prior experience equivalent to four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or private business Information Technology organization.
Requires four (4) years of professional experience in policymaking, strategic planning, and IT solutioning for large scale computer systems and platforms.
Requires four (4) years of professional experience supervising a large team of IT professionals.
