About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the complex cross functional integration for a project that involves: Teradyne and the customers Applications engineering, hardware engineering, hardware operations, product engineering, and marketing.
Resources in multiple worldwide regions (US, Asia, and Europe)
Manage overall project plans ensuring project management best practices are applied
Ensure project objectives are met
Ensure execution is meeting expectations and gaps are being driven to closure
Ensure appropriate communication is taking place at all levels in the organization and with the customer
Ensure cross functional & regional integration issues are driven to resolution
Communicate and synthesize status on all active projects to key stakeholders.
Identify and manage issues to closure with timely escalation
Work with regional managers and project leads to identify and drive closure on resource & skill gaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English
BS degree in engineering. Electrical, Computer, or Software preferred.
3+ years of engineering experience
3+ years of project management experience
Experience managing teams in multiple geographic locations
Functional management experience is a plus
Project Management Professional with current PMP certification.
Good organizational and communication skills including ability to communicate and foster communication between project groups.
