Lead NPI Projects: Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Volume Manufacturing, and Contract Manufacturing partners
Develop detailed project plans (scope, WBS, schedule, cost, risks), track progress, manage trade-offs, and enable timely decision-making
Identify opportunities and risks, partner with SMEs to develop actionable plans to address them
Proactively partner with DFx teams across compliance/safety, quality, manufacturing, test, assembly, and cost
Oversee prototype and pilot builds
Deliver clear, concise, and relevant project updates to stakeholders
Lead readiness assessments, review deliverables, and document lessons learned

Requirements

BS in Engineering or related field; MS in Engineering or MBA preferred
8+ years of project management leading complex, technical programs
Advanced proficiency in risk management, schedule development, critical path analysis, resource planning, and cost control
Broad, hands-on experience across project management disciplines
Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, and DFx are a plus
Deep expertise in at least one major discipline (Engineering, Operations, Applications, or Marketing)
