About the role
- Responsible for planning, execution, and documentation of projects
- Manage the entire project lifecycle and lead project teams
- Communicate with all stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Ensure adherence to departmental and agency policies
- Perform highly sensitive or confidential assignments
Requirements
- Completion of four (4) years of college with course work in Computer Science, Information Technology, or directly related fields
- Three (3) years of administrative experience managing projects
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or related certification preferred
- Proven experience in project management and risk management
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
- Thorough knowledge of office programs and operational systems
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
