About the role
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improving financial and reporting processes
- Meet with teams to assess project scope, user needs, and business requirements
- Provide project management support for low and medium-complexity projects
- Track projects, review and evaluate project progress
- Document changes, overall processes and procedures
- Coordinate testing to ensure compatibility and integration of system changes
- Consistently update all stakeholders on task level progress
Requirements
- Completion of a four (4) year degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to this position
- Minimum of one (1) year directly related, progressive administrative or technical experience
- Experience in technical writing or project management is of added benefit
- Basic knowledge of the principles of project management
- Thorough knowledge of office programs
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and project management software (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Wrike, Jira)
