About the role
- Serves as staff assistant to Regional Supervisor.
- Oversees personnel processes and documents for the region.
- Maintains, prepares and distributes required survey packets for all types of survey activity.
- Serves as Information Technology (IT) Coordinator for LTC Field Operations Survey Staff.
- Tracks all survey activities.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Requirements
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, preferably with courses in public or business administration.
- Requires one (1) year of professional experience in a public or private organization, or completion of an agency-approved professional management training program.
- One (1) year work experience with computer applications (i.e., Word Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), and development of SmartSheets or advanced features of word processing packages.
- One (1) year experience with personnel processes and preparing personnel documents.
- One (1) year experience preparing correspondence in a professional manner consistent with applicable policies and procedures.
- One (1) year experience tracking office equipment or ordering supplies.
- One (1) year of experience with extensive knowledge of office practices, procedures and programs.
- One (1) year of experience with business communication with other departments.
