About the role

  • Lead products from concept through development, qualification, and launch, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment
  • Develop and drive technical strategy, making data‑backed decisions that balance performance, cost, quality, and schedule
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Design, Manufacturing, and other cross‑functional partners to deliver successful outcomes
  • Build and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans that support long‑term business objectives
  • Support project execution by managing schedules, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans
  • Partner with stakeholders to communicate progress, trade‑offs, and technical considerations to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Mentor and develop engineering and cross‑functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure product quality, reliability, and performance through KPI definition, monitoring, and continuous learning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of product development experience in semiconductor equipment or complex electromechanical systems
  • Strong technical background with deep understanding of system architecture and product development processes (hardware, software, mechanical, thermal, automation, FPGA)
  • Proven experience leading products through the full development lifecycle in a cross‑functional environment
  • Ability to make sound technical and business trade‑off decisions using data and risk‑based analysis
  • Experience defining and tracking KPIs related to product performance, reliability, uptime, and customer adoption
  • Strong project planning, prioritization, and execution skills in dynamic, fast‑paced environments
  • Demonstrated ability to identify technical risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies
