About the role
- Collaborate with key business users, cross-functional teams, and IT staff to ensure IT solutions meet business needs
- Develop, interpret, review, validate, document, and maintain business and functional requirements for software applications
- Present formal presentations to end users, stakeholders, and management
- Participate in application acceptance testing to ensure compliance with requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications or related field or relative years of experience in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience with pension administration or information technology including: 2+ years assisting with an IT project or implementation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills catering messages to both business and technical audiences
- Knowledge and experience in Agile
