About the role

  • Provide technical support (hardware/software) to customers and production sites
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call services as needed
  • Engage in productivity improvement and cost reduction projects
  • Support debugging and release of new test programs
  • Analyze and resolve customer issues, share technical knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment
  • Experience in test program debugging and production support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and Korean preferred
