- Participate in an agency training program to develop skills in auditing
- Complete classroom-based training and assessments

Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or an allied field
- Requires ability to speak and write the Spanish language at a colloquial skill level
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in accounting
- 15 credit hours in accounting classes, including at least one audit class
- 1 year of experience utilizing knowledge of accounting and auditing theories
- 1 year of experience examining financial records for discrepancies
- 1 year of experience working with financial software systems
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
