Run lab programs end-to-end: Plan tests, set up instrumentation, analyze data
Accelerate prototyping & manufacturing: Leverage quick-turn methods and coordinate supply chain for novel processes

Requirements

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (M.S. preferred)
2+ years in machine design or mechanical engineering
Proficiency in SolidWorks with PDM/MRP
strong ANSI Y14.5 & GD&T
experience in FEA, tolerance stack-up, and analytical validation
Hands-on design/integration of thermal, fluid, and pneumatic systems
expertise with ANSYS Fluent/Icepak and server air-cooling strategies
Familiarity with LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink, DAQ
exposure to Minitab/Python/R
self-driven, systems thinker with clear CAD communication and strong cross-functional collaboration.
