About the role
- Drive Agile transformation and coach product, technology, operations, and support leaders and teams
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of a complex eCommerce program
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement
- Define and track KPIs/OKRs for Agile Release Trains and Agile maturity
- Build and lead a team of Scrum Masters, providing mentorship and performance feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Agile software delivery or program management
- At least 5 years as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Coach, or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Agile transformations, ideally in eCommerce or large-scale digital programs
- Deep expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles; certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI-ACP, or ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE) are highly desirable
- Experience overseeing multiple Agile teams and coordinating Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
- Strong process flow and diagramming skills
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, business analysis methodologies and software development methodologies
