About the role
- Hands-on hardware test and support role in Service Engineering lab
- Coordinate with customers for RMA service and logistics
- Carry out routine service jobs including repairing, calibration, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure service data integrity in database
- Troubleshoot test stations and test applications in Service lab environment
- Support ad-hoc requests from management if necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic engineering
- 5 years+ hands-on electronics experience
- Specific experience with RF Test equipment and optical equipment
- Good troubleshooting, failure analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Speaking Chinese is an added advantage
- Mechanical aptitude for minor mechanical issues.
