About the role
- Work on a variety of technology projects focusing on Digital projects
- Identify business needs and determine solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Facilitate and coordinate communications of requirements and specifications to project team members
- Play a key role in application support activities
- Oversee audit team's daily activities
- Evaluate internal controls addressing business and operational risks
- Develop and evaluate internal audit programs for accounting and statistical records
- Perform complex audit tasks and prepare findings reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting
- CPA designation or non-US equivalent (e.g. CCA) is required
- 2+ years of experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong process flow and diagramming skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Expertise in business process analysis, system analysis, and data analysis
- Very proficient in developing requirements definition, functional specifications, data models, and business procedures
- Proficient in software fit analysis
- Advanced knowledge of audit principles through extensive experience
- Strong understanding of the business processes in assigned areas for effective policy implementation
