About the role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers and Technical Sales, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
- Collaborate closely with the Field Operations Manager to align regional goals with corporate objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
- Drive technical enablement and solution positioning to support complex sales cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years managing technical sales teams, or related experience.
- Strong understanding of technical solution selling and enterprise-level customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must reside in San Jose, CA or Austin, TX (or be willing to relocate).
