Systems Engineer

• This position serves as the Senior Application Developer supporting the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) performing a full range of activities to ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence for IDHS programs.
• In this role, you will engage in complex web application development, testing, and implementation tasks.
• As a Senior Software Developer, you will write, debug, test, and document new programs and enhancements to existing applications using .NET, and various web technologies to identify and resolve system issues.
• Additionally, you will provide technical support, guidance, and training to junior programmers and analysts in .NET, and related tools.
• You'll also implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar platforms, actively participating in agile ceremonies, and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives.
