Develops and administers training for internal and external users for Statewide Accounting Management System (SAMS), Payroll, Retirement, Data Warehouse and other interfacing applications.
Collaborates with colleagues to develop training and ensure consistency and clarity.
Conducts group training and/or one-on-one training sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.
Updates training materials based on system updates and reviews training materials for IOC applications and programs.
Requirements
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, preferably with course work in adult learning in education, or training development.
Requires three (3) years of professional experience in a public or private organization including extensive PC use and experience in the preparation, presentation, and distribution of training materials or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
Prefers two (2) or more years of organizational change management experience.
Prefers experience conducting systems training to audiences and instructor-led/classroom style, webinar and remote environments.
Requires experience coordinating, developing, and presenting systems training to an adult audience.
Requires extensive knowledge of personal computers and software.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
