About the role

  • Independently manage and grow a defined region by identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities across multiple sectors
  • Support local SIXT branches by developing strong partnerships with nearby businesses, unlocking regional sales potential
  • Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting prospects, understanding their operational needs, and presenting customised mobility solutions
  • Stay informed on local market trends, upcoming infrastructure projects, and relevant legislation to proactively engage new leads
  • Use a tailored, customer-first approach to develop proposals that align with client objectives, leveraging SIXT’s full product suite
  • Self-generate leads, manage your own sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term, recurring customers
  • Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring all activity, opportunities, and customer interactions are logged accurately.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally in mobility, vehicle rental, leasing, or the automotive industry
  • Confident self-starter with strong experience in independently generating and closing new leads
  • Able to build structured, results-driven sales plans and adapt quickly to shifting customer and market needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you’re skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels and building trust quickly
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms such as Salesforce; experience with sales reporting tools is a plus
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven, you thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment with minimal supervision.
