You analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, customer experience and sales performance
You develop dashboards and datasets that serve as the foundation for key business decisions
You track and analyze how our colleagues are using the software that we create for them
You collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts across global teams to optimize processes
You gain first hand insights on the actual reality in branches to deduct which further data deep-dives will provide the right basis for feature optimizations
You help improve data architecture, ensuring high-quality event tracking (Frontend and Backend) and implementation
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Analyst, working on digital products and user behavior analysis
Practical experience in SQL
Experience with BI tools like Quicksight, Google Looker, or similar
Deep understanding of how data is stored, structured, and processed for analytics
Proactive mindset, ability to challenge ideas, and self-starter attitude in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with global teams, including product managers, engineers, and junior analysts
Fluent in English to effectively communicate with international teams
