About the role
- Manage and coordinate a program of several IT initiatives running in parallel
- Oversee project timelines and ensure successful delivery
- Align internal teams and external partners
- Validate project plans, timelines, and deliverables, proactively challenging when needed
- Lead status meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders
- Ensure external vendors deliver according to agreed scope, quality, and timelines
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- 6+ years coordinating technical IT initiatives
- Strong analytical and functional understanding of IT projects
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, teams, and external vendors
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, and communications (for validation purposes)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluent Portuguese and good level of English
