About the role
- Contacting prospects from the provided database to create interest in the companies services and arrange appointments with the sales advisor
- Scheduling the agreed appointment directly in the advisor’s calendar
- Turning cold leads into warm leads by building interest and trust with potential customers
- Supporting sales efforts by preparing the customer for the advisor’s visit and increasing the chances of signing a contract
- Reconfirming appointments with customers one day before the scheduled visit
Requirements
- You speak and write Dutch at a native level
- Commercial experience or customer care experience is an asset but not required
- You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office)
- You have strong and clear communication skills, can listen effectively and you can persuade others in a natural way
- You are resilient, think positively, and maintain a high quality of work.
