About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain organized records and communication tracking
- Request, collect, and follow up on required documents
- Interact with clients professionally through email and occasional phone communication
- Support business transactional work as needed
- Ensure tasks and processes are completed without delays or oversights
- Schedule calls and coordinate calendars
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients
- Help manage communications and coordinate schedules
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable interacting with clients professionally
- Timezone: Central Standard Time (CST)
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST

- Comfortable speaking with clients and maintaining professionalism
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
