About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide general information regarding the firm and its services
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
- Ensure all callers receive a positive and professional experience
- Support daily administrative and communication needs as assigned
- Assist with translation during meetings when necessary
- Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed
- Transfer calls to the appropriate attorneys, paralegals, or departments
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, prospective clients, and business partners
- Follow up with individuals who miss scheduled appointments
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year of experience working as a virtual receptionist or providing virtual administrative assistance (preferably inside a law firm)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Professional and courteous phone etiquette
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with callers and clients
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
