About the role
- Manage calendars and coordinate court dates
- Communicating with court staff, attorneys, and clients
- Following up on missing documents and legal filings
- Reviewing and organizing discovery documents
- Assisting with motions, notices, appeals, and other filings
- Supporting legal research and drafting basic legal documents
- Coordinating billing and retainer status with internal team
- Ensuring legal work is paused if a client is in default
