About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full cycle of case support: client interaction, information gathering, drafting, and follow-up.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases.
- Draft legal documents including motions and case-related documentation.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, updates, and clarifications.
- Handle inbound calls from clients, often involving sensitive or emotional situations.
- Support attorneys by taking ownership of delegated tasks within cases.
- Perform general administrative tasks tied to case management.
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with clients and attorneys.
- Gather and organize client-provided information for case preparation.
- Act as a key point of contact between clients and the legal team.
- Guide clients through sensitive processes and extract necessary information.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years of experience in a legal assistant position.
- Legal background and/or law degree in their home country.
- Previous legal or government work experience preferred.
- Professionally mature and career-settled.
