About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize and maintain electronic client records in the CRM system
- Assist with general office organization and electronic filing systems
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
- Process and respond to incoming emails according to firm guidelines
- Monitor and manage overflow call system
- Make referrals for callers seeking assistance outside the practice area
- Handle confidential information in compliance with legal requirements
- Gather basic caller information and document accurately
Requirements
What you’ll need- Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Office Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST
- 2-3 years of experience working as a receptionist/ front desk position
- Legal background is highly appreciated
- Software: CRM system, Microsoft Office Suite
