About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with trust and estate administration tasks, including document tracking and electronic filing.

  • Experience with legal timekeeping or billable work structures.
  • Strong administrative background with proven ability to manage high-volume workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Comfortable learning complex systems and processes.
