About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with trust and estate administration tasks, including document tracking and electronic filing.
- Provide administrative support for financial and legal workflows tied to client services.
- Ensure accuracy and organization across all administrative and client documentation.
- Prepare, collect, and complete forms related to banking and financial accounts.
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume, complex email inbox, ensuring timely responses and proper routing.
- Handle professional, high-level inbound and outbound phone calls with clients and partners.
- Support legal timekeeping and billing processes (similar to law firm environments).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in legal, trust & estate, or financial planning environments strongly preferred.
- Understanding of: Trusts vs. Power of Attorney
- IRA vs. investment accounts.
- Experience with legal timekeeping or billable work structures.
- Strong administrative background with proven ability to manage high-volume workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Comfortable learning complex systems and processes.
