About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure a smooth handoff of signed clients to the legal team.
- Maintain compliance with professional conduct standards by avoiding legal advice or outcome guarantees.
- Follow up with undecided prospects within 48 hours to advance the decision process.
- Convert approximately 60 percent of consultations into signed client engagements.
- Sell across multiple service tiers covering a broad range of high-value legal service offerings.
- Accurately document all consultations, including objections and client needs.
- Conduct consultative conversations with professionalism, empathy, and composure.
- Run 8 to 12 client consultations per week with prospective clients seeking family law services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 plus years of experience in a closing sales role with demonstrated quota attainment.
- Proven experience closing deals with average values of 3000 USD or higher.
- Experience with consultative and multi touch sales cycles.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive conversations.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency for client communication and documentation.
- Preferred experience in legal services sales or similar human services industries.
- Familiarity with Clio, Lawmatics, Salesforce, or HubSpot is highly desirable.
- Exposure to installment payment, insurance, or retainer based sales models is advantageous.
