Key responsibilities & impact

Provide a supportive and professional experience that reflects the firm’s values.
Assist with administrative tasks related to intake and client communication.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and case details in Excel.
Send digital agreements and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Follow up with current and prospective clients to request additional information.
Politely redirect or refer individuals whose cases do not meet criteria.
Evaluate and triage cases to determine eligibility and alignment with practice focus.
Respond to inquiries received via phone, text, and social media platforms.
Manage inbound intake calls and conduct initial screening of potential clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of experience working as an Intake Specialist or in customer service roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess and triage potential cases effectively.
High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally.
Ability to remain empathetic, patient, and composed when dealing with distressed individuals.
Strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Professional demeanor with the ability to be warm, polite, and firm when necessary.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
