Billing and Client Support Specialist
Job DuckExecutive Assistant supporting client services at Job Duck remotely. Managing administrative tasks, client interactions, and billing processes within a fast-paced legal environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Upload and manage information within MyCase and other systems
- File legal documents and manage document workflows
- Support case management and maintain organized records
- Answer and return client calls professionally
- Handle billing processes and accurately capture billing entries
- Track and capture billable time, including time spent on calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar entries
- Request and manage client reviews (Google reviews)
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and follow-ups
- Draft legal documents and motions (if qualified)
- Collect retainers and assist with obtaining signed agreements
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Location: Remote
- Timezone: EST (Boston)
- Schedule: 08:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. EST
- Legal background preferred but not required
- Experience in client communication and administrative support required
- Strong ability to manage billing processes and track billable time
- Comfortable handling client interactions via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Proficiency in legal or case management software is highly valued.
