About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Monitor and manage executive inboxes and communications.
- Track leads, meetings, and ongoing activities.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
- Coordinate travel logistics when required.
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and resolve conflicts proactively.
- Support planning and execution of key business sessions.
- Draft and organize internal and external communications.
- Maintain accurate data and workflows within CRM systems.
- Manage tasks and deadlines using project management tools.
- Facilitate recurring meetings and ensure accountability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 or more years of proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
- Strong English proficiency with clear and professional communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong follow-through and accountability.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
