About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage complex executive calendars across multiple stakeholders.
  • Prepare agendas and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Monitor and manage executive inboxes and communications.
  • Track leads, meetings, and ongoing activities.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
  • Coordinate travel logistics when required.
  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and resolve conflicts proactively.

Requirements
