About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with new client setup and onboarding workflows.
- Prepare and send engagement letters accurately and promptly.
- Manage client intake processes from initial contact through onboarding.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized client records.
- Gather case-related information from designated online sources.
- Conduct conflict checks in accordance with internal procedures.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner -Call volume: 31 to 45 calls per day.
- Support general reception and administrative tasks as needed.
