About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Meeting Confirmation: Sending email reminders and confirmations to potential new clients for scheduled Discovery Calls.
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients, with the primary goal of scheduling Discovery Calls.
- Calendar Management: Monitoring the Departmental Calendar for upcoming meetings and coordinating scheduling logistics as needed.
- Conducting Sales Calls: Conducting identify needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Inbound Call Handling: Answering phone calls from potential clients.
- Cross-platforms follow up & outreach: Supporting cold calling efforts by contacting Potential New Clients via email, text messages and LinkedIn to increase response and booking rates.
- CRM Tracking & Pipeline Management: Diligently track all PNC interactions, notes, and status updates within the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, cold-calling, or telemarketing is highly valuable.
- Software: BloomGrowth, Workday, Active Campaign, GoTo, Zoom, Microsoft 365, Power BI.
- Excellent and charismatic verbal and written communication skills.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
- Sensitivity and understanding.
- Persuading and negotiating skills.
- Handling rejection/NOs easily.
