About the role
- Serve as a consistent, organized point of contact for clients throughout their cases and advocate for client needs.
- Conduct structured check-in calls with new, existing, and former clients to assess satisfaction, identify concerns, and generate referrals.
- Provide backup phone coverage and intake support during high-volume periods.
- Maintain detailed and accurate CRM documentation and track KPIs related to engagement, retention, and referrals.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through special touches and suggest improvements to processes and systems.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working as a client happiness coordinator.
- Legal background is a plus.
- Software: Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
- High emotional intelligence with ability to navigate sensitive conversations.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented communicator.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Exceptionally responsive and disciplined.
- Self-driven with strong initiative.
- Confident in client interactions.
- Strong triage capability.
