About the role

  • Serve as a consistent, organized point of contact for clients throughout their cases and advocate for client needs.
  • Conduct structured check-in calls with new, existing, and former clients to assess satisfaction, identify concerns, and generate referrals.
  • Provide backup phone coverage and intake support during high-volume periods.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM documentation and track KPIs related to engagement, retention, and referrals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience through special touches and suggest improvements to processes and systems.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working as a client happiness coordinator.
  • Legal background is a plus.
  • Software: Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
  • High emotional intelligence with ability to navigate sensitive conversations.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented communicator.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Exceptionally responsive and disciplined.
  • Self-driven with strong initiative.
  • Confident in client interactions.
  • Strong triage capability.
  • Process-driven and able to follow workflows.
