About the role

- Partner with cross-functional owners to clarify scope, manage tradeoffs, and ship high-quality iterations that deliver measurable value.
- Define 'ready' work by turning needs into clear backlog items with user stories and acceptance criteria for features, enhancements, and workflows.
- Publish outcome readouts tied to KPIs and experiments (what changed, what moved, what’s next) and use the insights to re-prioritize.
