- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Answering incoming calls and providing a warm, professional experience
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments across team members
- Coordinating client intake using established templates and procedures
- Supporting onboarding of new clients prior to attorney consultations
- Performing administrative tasks as they arise throughout the day
- Organizing and e-filing documents received via email
- Ensuring internal files are easily accessible for team members
