About the role
- Responsible for payroll, covering all aspects of the process, including hires, terminations, vacations, payroll advances, and submission of statutory filings (SEFIP/E-SOCIAL)
- Monitor collective bargaining agreements to ensure companies comply with the applicable labor regulations
- Process transactions such as hires, terminations, vacations, profit-sharing (PLR), advances, etc.
- Reconcile bases for statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF)
- Prepare and review statutory filings: SEFIP, E-SOCIAL, DCTF-WEB, GRRF
- Handle payment arrangements or requests for refund/compensation (PERD/COMP) to regularize outstanding liabilities
Requirements
- Knowledge of SCI - UNICO
- Experience in Payroll/Personnel Administration
