About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for planning, managing and delivering technical projects in cloud, hybrid and on-premises environments
Analyze existing infrastructure and system landscapes; develop architectural concepts and roadmaps
Migrate on-premises solutions to the cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and integrate hybrid scenarios
Operate and further develop complex system architectures (e.g., microservices, containers, virtualization, Active Directory, networking)
Act as customer-facing technical contact: provide consulting, run workshops, collect requirements and align on solutions
Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to colleagues
Ensure quality, documentation, test strategies and governance within projects
Identify and implement automation, standardization and optimization opportunities
Perform monitoring, performance analysis, scaling and troubleshooting in heterogeneous environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Entry- to advanced-level experience delivering technical IT projects, ideally in cloud and on‑premises environments
Solid knowledge of at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP) and experience with classic on‑premises technologies (servers, virtualization, networking, storage)
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD and automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
Knowledge of infrastructure components (e.g., Active Directory, DNS, load balancers, firewalls)
Ideally experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both technical and non-technical
Structured and organized way of working, able to plan and prioritize tasks independently
Experience leading or supporting teams/technical colleagues is a plus
Very good German and good English skills (written & spoken)
