About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute procurement of materials and services of medium to high complexity using integrated ERP systems, managing the process from requisition through final delivery while meeting established deadlines.
Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers, seeking the best cost-benefit balance and applying principles of economy.
Evaluate, select, and develop suppliers, monitoring their commercial performance, customer portfolio, certifications, and financial risk, and conducting site visits and audits when necessary.
Manage the return process for purchases and/or cancelled services, ensuring returns comply with established procedures.
Provide support to the Operations and Maintenance team in managing material and service contracts, assisting with drafting and reviewing contracts and amendments, and analyzing contractual price adjustments.
Analyze market trends and identify new procurement opportunities, promoting the development of new products and suppliers and implementing new technologies.
Contribute to cost reduction and value analysis projects, always aiming to optimize resources.
Stay up to date with current legislation related to the procurement of materials and services, including national and international fiscal and tax aspects.
Prepare procurement performance reports and provide analyses to senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams to align supply strategies with the company’s operational needs and objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement projects within procurement processes, seeking efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Solid experience in contract management, including contract drafting and negotiation.
Strong proven experience in the activities described above.
Required knowledge in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and supply chain.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI required.
Advanced English is desirable and knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus.
