About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You take full responsibility for the performance of our clients.
  • With a clear focus on measurable results, you manage campaigns and ensure our clients grow sustainably through your strategies.
  • You are the central point of contact — both internally and externally.
  • You coordinate all relevant processes, lead communication with our clients, and ensure projects are implemented efficiently and successfully.
  • You design, create, and scale paid social campaigns — particularly on Facebook & Instagram.
  • You analyze and report the most important KPIs of the ad accounts regularly.
  • You are an initiator within the team and drive innovation in performance marketing.
  • You share your knowledge and current trends with colleagues and continuously develop yourself — because you love what you do.
  • You continuously develop our service offering — both in terms of content and structure.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in an agency environment, and experience with clients in the insurance, finance, and real estate sectors.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads, the Meta Business Suite, and web analytics — tracking, reporting & optimization are part of your daily routine.
  • You are analytical and data-driven, but also creative: you understand numbers as well as target audiences.
  • You have a good sense for compelling creatives, with hands-on experience in creative design and an understanding of how successful ad creatives should be structured.
  • Funnel strategies are not a buzzword for you: you plan, design, and optimize entire customer journeys — from the ad click to the lead.
  • You are familiar with page builders such as Perspective and know how to make landing pages convert.
  • You are strong in client and internal communication — confident, clear, and solution-oriented.
  • You have experience managing multiple projects or clients in parallel while maintaining an overview.
  • Excellent written and spoken German is a must.
