About the role
- Design and development of advertising strategy
- Creation of ads, ad copy, and creatives
- Setting up advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for lead generation
- Building the landing page, form, and thank-you page using Perspective
- Creating audience targeting, competitive research, and keyword research
- Support, monitoring, and optimization of ads and the Facebook Business Manager
- Analysis, monitoring, optimization, and reporting of the performance of online channels and measures using web tracking and analytics tools
Requirements
- Strong prior experience in online marketing for finance, insurance, and real estate advisors
- Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking
- Organizational skills with a results- and solution-oriented approach
- Strong teamwork skills combined with a confident manner and the ability to work independently
- Ability to follow established processes
- Quick comprehension and high level of discipline
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Clean, error-free written German
