About the role
- Manage the product backlog end-to-end, including prioritization, organization, continuous refinement, and alignment with team and company objectives, adapting scope based on learnings, bugs, or changes in priority;
- Work closely with the development team, providing ongoing support to clarify questions, align business rules, and make quick decisions throughout the delivery cycle;
- Monitor the execution of deliveries, ensuring scope control, risk and dependency management, requirement validation, and final acceptance of deliverables;
- Document and describe activities using clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, context, and objectives, ensuring a shared understanding among all stakeholders;
- Conduct discovery and validation activities at the necessary level, testing hypotheses, reducing rework, and increasing the accuracy of deliveries;
- Contribute to the creation and execution of initiatives aligned with the strategic objectives of the department and the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to describe requests using user stories, acceptance criteria, scenarios, and business rules;
- Analytical profile with proactivity, autonomy, organization, and a sense of priority, capable of making decisions and justifying directions with a focus on delivering customer value;
- Ability to lead a product area autonomously, coordinating with product, development, and design stakeholders;
- Ability to work in a team, contribute improvement suggestions, and receive constructive feedback;
- Experience using common product tools, including backlog and sprint management, requirements documentation, roadmap building, and metrics tracking.
