Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for end-to-end management of payroll for independent contractors (PJ), including daily, weekly and biweekly payments.
Handle high-volume payroll operations, including managing multiple CNPJs (company tax registrations) simultaneously.
Provide employee support to resolve payroll-related questions.
Maintain direct communication with the finance department.
Ensure accuracy and organization in payroll processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing high-volume payrolls (100+ people, ideally 200+).
Experience working with multiple CNPJs simultaneously.
Previous experience in an accounting firm is a plus (senior-level candidates are welcome).
Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
No specific ERP required, but experience with the Senior system is considered a plus.
