About the role
- Respond to emergency service leads (water damage, biohazard cleanup, storm damage, etc.)
- Meet homeowners on-site and assess the situation
- Build immediate trust and guide them through next steps
- Close mitigation and restoration jobs
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project kickoff
- Follow up on open opportunities
Requirements
- Proven ability to close in high-emotion or time-sensitive situations
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to take control of a conversation quickly and professionally
- High personal accountability—no excuses, no delays
- Comfortable working independently and on-call
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Clean background
- Verifiable sales or customer-facing performance
