About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conceptualize, execute and optimize our online advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok
Analyze ads and independently implement optimization measures
Create SEO-optimized ad copy
Develop audience-specific advertising strategies to increase reach and conversion rates
Use A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals and audience targeting
Manage and optimize ad budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability
Monthly reporting on budget use and ROI
Monitor and report campaign KPIs
Actively track trends and developments in paid advertising

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing or campaign management
Experience managing budgets in the five-figure range
Experience designing and implementing online advertising campaigns
Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Analytical mindset and enjoyment working with numbers and data
Team player with a self-motivated, independent working style
