About the role

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI-powered social solutions
  • Identify and activate acquisition channels (brands, SMEs, innovation-driven companies)
  • Structure offers, pricing, and commercial proposals for the new social model
  • Drive new client acquisition and close deals directly
  • Collaborate with creative and AI teams to ensure feasibility and quality
  • Turn early projects into case studies and scalable commercial assets
  • Contribute to positioning this model as a reference in next-generation social media

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth, business development, or sales in social, digital, or tech-enabled environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with hands-on deal-closing ability
  • Ability to sell innovative, non-standard solutions
  • Comfort working in lean, high-accountability settings
  • Fluency in English and Italian (German is a plus)
  • Experience with performance-based or entrepreneurial roles
